Getting enough sleep is an extremely important part of your skin care routine. It is during this time that your skin repairs itself, replacing damaged cells with healthy cells. But don't worry if you have a few sleepless nights. It's the chronic disruption of sleep that brings on all the side effects. When you do encounter a rough night, it shows on your face the next day. Here are 8 ways you can revive your skin and make it look and feel better than it did.

1. Hydrate

Drink plenty of water all day. Keep that glass filled so that you can feed those skin cells.

2. Cleanse Your Skin

In the morning, cleanse your face with cold water and a gentle cleanser. This helps bring blood to the surface of the skin giving it a nice pink glow.

3. Apply Tea Bags to Your Eyes

Place used tea bags in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes. Remove and place them on your eyes. This will relieve tired, puffy eyes and dark circles.

4. Exfoliate
